Model 6500

Description
The TDI Model 6500 Piggyback® FTTP Storage Enclosure is designed to provide secure storage for FO cable on installations where FO usage is planned for the future. To meet the requirements of many customers to keep the number of enclosures on the building to a minimum, this enclosure is designed to allow your current Network Interface product to attach directly to the cover.

The 6500 will accomodate most current NID enclosures by TDI, Corning, TII, Keptel, Bourns, and others.

The Model 6500 can also be configured to accept a standard splice tray (PLP 80806033B). We can provide the 6500 ready for you to install the splice tray from your inventory, or we can provide the unit with splice tray installed.

(Suggested wiring for composite cable)

The 6500 is packaged 20 units per carton with an average carton weight of 30 pounds.
